![]() - A very peaceful and relaxing vacation. Comfortable house. Scenic locations. I could have easily spent another week there. 1866 miles of memories. - It was great seeing Patrick again and meeting Wes. Hopefully we'll see each other again soon...and Christy, too! - I felt bad for Patrick. You could tell he missed Christy. Wes wasn't as cuddly. :^) - I give our vacation home 4.75 stars. Bring towels and washrags. Otherwise, wonderful. - Upper Eureka Springs. Beaver. The Railway Winery. The War Eagle Mill. Some of the many places left unexplored. - The Kurdzioleks have been trying to sell their house. While on vacation they received an offer which they accepted. Congratulations on a new chapter for them! - Donna was on the phone all week arranging stuff for the baby shower and worrying about details. 24 hours after we got home it was over. - The bikes were trouble-free. Go Goldwings! - I still need to clean the Goldwing. This winter it will be getting an overhaul. Rebuild the forks. Check the valve clearances. Completely go through the bike. This is predicated on me finishing the garage addition. Ha! - I'm still up in the air about cameras. The Nikon is okay for normal photography but not so much for on-the-bike shots. It's hard to power up on the move. I missed pictures I thought I had taken. I replaced the memory batteries in both Canons. - We saw a decent number of trains. - I give the Garmin 276Cx two thumbs up. The mapping software had a couple glitches. Much nicer than my older 478. I have two of them for sale. Shoot me a reasonable offer for one or both...includes a ton of accessories. - Maybe next year Mike will have a larger diamondplate trailer that Jerri can stuff with goodies? - I say this every year...my favorite part of vacation is being with Donna. She is my precious. XOXOXXOXOXOXO - We're still pondering our trip for next year.
