2010 Illinois Suburban trip

A great weekend trip. It seems longer than a weekend because we did so much. In a similar vein, it's nice that Debby researches where we're going and has ideas of places to go. If I were to go somewhere alone I'd waste so much time wandering around in indecision and pondering. The Candlewood Suites was a great host. Lots of water pressure in the shower. Comfortable bed. Hi speed internet. Weight room, laundry. Super nice staff. Springfield is a cool town. Wasn't crowded and everything is easy to get to. I would love to ride over to Springfield again, tour the capitol building at my own pace, and take in another ballgame. It was nice to not come home to a lightning struck house this time.
