CB coax connector swap

One of the oddities of the Honda CB setup is the type of connectors used. Tuning with an SWR meter is highly recommended and there is no way to connect a normal SWR meter without using a plethora of adapters. There has also been discussion that these types of connectors are fine for receiving, but aren't the best for RF transmission. I decided to convert the connectors to 'normal' PL-259 type connectors. I cut off the factory ends then went to my drawer of PL-259 connectors and my drawer of RF adapters for the connectors and female-female adapter. A little soldering later and the conversion was complete. The coax used by Honda is slightly larger than normal RG-58 so I had to use some lubricant to get the ferrules to slide over the coax.
